What are the costs?
It's simple. Your monthly service charge of £49+VAT includes free setup, and free call allowance to the value of £15 ex VAT per month, from either UK landlines and mobiles. International numbers are barred by default, but can be activated and are billed as detailed in here.
How does Echo Click to Call work?
When your customer clicks on your Echo Click to Call Button a new window appears where they enter their telephone number and name. The Echo Click to Call automated system will then instantly ring you and inform you of the callers name and product of interest. At the same time the callers phone is being called and when the caller answers the two calls are connected.
Why do I need to speak to website visitors and customers?
It is proven that a higher percentage of customers will purchase when they are speaking to a person, and with the e-commerce market becoming more popular it is now more important than ever to offer your website visitors , prospects and customers every method of purchase possible.
How does Echo Click to Call help my website?
Echo Click to Call increases the number of website visitors, and customers contacting you by phone directly from the website whilst also reducing the number of people who may be leaving your site and speaking to your competitors. Also, in its more advanced applications Echo Click to Call can engage with your hotter and higher value buyers and promote contact from them, leading to increase in conversion rates and average order value.
I only take calls during office hours, what happens outside of these?
We provide you with an online control portal to set the times and days you wish to receive calls. The Button can be de-activated at these times of day, so the caller cannot request a call. If you would prefer to keep the Button on the site 24x7 then when a CallBack is requested you receive an email providing all call and contact details of that customer, giving you a second bite of the cherry at closing that sale.
Do I have control over my Echo Click to Call service?
With your online control portal you can set times of day to receive calls in, route calls to multiple numbers and bar types of numbers and specific numbers from receiving CallBacks. The portal also gives the ability to set messages for customers to hear when they are connected and gives full records of all CallBacks that have been requested, which are viewable online and can be downloaded.
Which countries does this work for?
We provide this technology to countries in every part of the world. Many of our clients use the service as an 'International Freephone' number to attract overseas clients. Customers have no concerns over international dialling codes, call costs etc, they just enter their own phone number and they are connected to you.
Do I or the website visitors need any software or hardware?
You do not need any software or hardware to be installed on-site at all. Echo Click to Call works on all standard telephones and mobiles.
How hard is it to install?
Easy. You can simply add the code we provide to you with instructions or we can implement everything for you onto your website for you.
What about the design? Will this look like part of my current website?
Standard Echo Click to Call buttons and forms can be selected from our library or we can do all design and integration work so the service looks like part of your original website.
Can I choose what information I capture on the form?
Yes, you can capture any customer information as they request the CallBack, this is all stored on your online control portal.
Is this VOIP?
No, we only use normal phone lines so you or your customers do not need any type of specialist equipment. We only use high quality lines so the first impression of your company is perfect.
Can I have multiple numbers?
Yes, you can have multiple numbers listed for different times of the day and create separate connections for different employees, branches or offices.
What happens if I am engaged?
We will send you an automated email alert giving the customers name, number and product of interest, so as soon as you are free you can contact them.

Of customers prefer a human representative when the price point gets too high or its an important decision.
Of online forms are abandoned before being completed.
